Syrian President Shara's Statement on Israel! Negotiations Continue

Syrian President Ahmed Shara announced that negotiations with Israel are ongoing. Discussions are continuing regarding a security agreement for the Golan Heights.
Shara emphasized Syria's commitment to the 1974 Agreement and stated that a letter has been sent to the United Nations. They are requesting the return of the UNDOF to its previous status in the Golan Heights.
Highlighting that Syria is in a transitional period, Shara mentioned that a new constitution will be prepared after the elections, which will include many details.
Shara pointed out that the PKK/YPG, which uses the name SDG, does not represent all Kurdish components. He noted that negotiations were going well but there was a slowdown in implementation.
Israel has occupied the Golan Heights, which belong to Syria, since 1967. The borders were defined by the Forces Separation Agreement signed in 1974.
