Secretary of State Rubio's Statements on the Russia-Ukraine War

Secretary of State Marco Rubio made significant statements regarding the Russia-Ukraine War.
Rubio noted that over 80,000 Russian soldiers have died since the beginning of this year. He stated that Ukraine's losses are lower and emphasized the desire for this conflict to end.
Commenting on the damage caused by the U.S. attacks on nuclear facilities in Iran, Rubio said, "I am sure damage was done." He also stated that there is no military solution to this conflict.
Rubio mentioned that there is pressure to impose stricter sanctions against Russia, but this could negatively affect ceasefire negotiations.
Emphasizing the need to increase defense spending at the NATO Summit, Rubio pointed out that Spain has not fulfilled these commitments.
