Uranium Crisis in Greece: State of Emergency Declared

A uranium crisis is escalating in Greece!
According to Greek State Television ERT, dangerous levels of uranium have been detected in drinking water in the settlements of Serres, Lefkonas, and Kristos. A state of emergency has been declared in response to this issue, effective until June 26, at the request of Serres Mayor Varvara Bitlianga.
