Migration Operations Continue in the Aegean Sea

Migration operations in the Aegean Sea are ongoing!
In Bodrum, Turkey, 12 irregular migrants attempting to cross to Greece were stopped by Coast Guard boats. Among them were 9 children, and they were brought to Bodrum Port.

The Coast Guard Command continues its operations against irregular migration. In the latest operation, 7 irregular migrants were caught, and one smuggler was detained.
Additionally, near Urla in Izmir, 46 migrants were rescued after their boat's engine malfunctioned, and they were swept out to sea. The Coast Guard teams brought them to Urla Port.

In Bodrum, 3 people were arrested during human smuggling operations. These operations are conducted to prevent illegal migration flows.
