EU Simplifies Rules for Companies

The European Union is aiming to improve the business environment by simplifying rules for companies. These new regulations will provide significant benefits, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The EU Commission announced the "Simplification Omnibus" legislative proposal. This proposal aims to assist companies in growing and innovating.
With the new regulations, it is expected to save approximately 6.3 billion euros in annual administrative costs. Additionally, an extra investment capacity of 50 billion euros will be mobilized.
These regulations will facilitate companies' access to sustainable finance and reduce their environmental impact.
The EU investment classification regulation will target large companies, while small-scale importers will be exempt. This will provide more flexibility in the business world.
