Under the leadership of Devlet Bahçeli, a new national garden project is being launched at Karaburun Beach.

With the approval of the Ministry of Environment and Urban Planning, a contract worth 289.5 million TL has been signed for this project. It will include social areas such as a buffet, tea garden, and mosque.

However, the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality has filed a lawsuit against the plan changes for this project. While the lawsuit is ongoing, Arnavutköy Municipality has accelerated construction by organizing a new tender.

A new contract worth 289 million 500 thousand TL has been signed for the third phase of the national garden. The construction is planned to be completed by June 17, 2026.
