MASAK is receiving new powers against bank fraud!

With the new regulation, MASAK will be able to monitor suspicious account activities in real-time and freeze accounts when necessary. This aims to provide a more effective fight against cyber crimes.

This regulation is expected to be included in the 11th Judicial Package, incorporating new criteria from the Financial Action Task Force, of which Turkey is a member.
