Adıyaman Mayor Abdurrahman Tutdere strongly reacted to allegations that he would join the AKP.

Tutdere stated that these allegations are completely a perception operation. "Tutdere is with the people, is in place, and will continue to serve alongside the people," he said.

Emphasizing that he undertook his duty solely to serve the public, Tutdere said, "Our only goal is to lift this city, which experienced February 6, back on its feet."

Tutdere warned, "No one should believe these dirty perception games," reiterating his commitment to being with the public.

He stated that he is at the service of the Adıyaman people and will continue his duties.
