Recent balcony collapses and flood disasters in Istanbul have raised concerns among citizens.

A similar incident occurred in Sancaktepe, where part of a balcony on a five-story derelict building collapsed. Fortunately, there was no one on the sidewalk at the time, preventing a potential disaster.

In Kadıköy, a balcony collapse resulted in damage to a parked car. Fire and municipal teams conducted inspections at the scene, and the building was evacuated as a precaution.

Experts recommend that citizens remain vigilant and take safety precautions due to the increase in such incidents. Additionally, the condition of buildings in Istanbul following recent earthquakes is being questioned.
