Recently, natural disasters such as avalanches, landslides, and soil erosion have been in the spotlight in Turkey. These events are becoming more frequent, especially during the winter months with increased rainfall.
A fire broke out in Umurbey Neighborhood, rapidly spreading to nearby homes due to the wind. Firefighting teams are on-site and actively combating the blaze.

In Konak, Izmir, a fire in a four-story building was extinguished by firefighting teams. One person was affected by smoke during the incident.

A fire in a business center in Başakşehir spread to adjacent buildings. Six businesses were rendered unusable due to the fire.
