Starting around 5:30 PM, hail quickly turned into heavy rain. Water pooled on the roads, flooding many homes and businesses.

Similar situations occurred in Malatya and Elazig. The General Directorate of Meteorology had issued warnings for such rainfall.

In Osmaniye, heavy rain turned many streets into lakes. Municipal teams quickly began drainage operations.

Ankara also experienced heavy rain along with strong winds. Water pooled on streets, causing transportation disruptions.
