A frightening fire broke out in Ortaköy early in the morning. The fire started in a two-story building on Tavukçu Remzi Street.

The cause of the fire is still unknown. However, thanks to the quick response of the firefighters, the fire was brought under control and residents were evacuated.

There were no casualties or injuries during the fire. However, those living on the upper floor experienced great fear. Metin Aktan stated, 'I had just returned from work when I heard crackling sounds and saw the house was on fire.'

Cooling operations are ongoing after the fire. An investigation has been launched regarding the incident.
