A natural gas explosion in Tekirdağ caused significant panic in a 4-story apartment building.

The explosion occurred in the Bağlık neighborhood of Çerkezköy around 08:00. A fire broke out immediately after the explosion, and firefighters quickly intervened.

Two people were injured in the incident and were taken to the hospital. It has been reported that their injuries are not life-threatening. Çerkezköy District Governor Nazmi Günlü visited the scene for inspections.

Firefighters rescued 4 people trapped on the 4th floor of the building. The fire was brought under control, and cooling operations are ongoing.
