Storm Warning: Precautions Needed for Istanbul and Aegean Sea

The General Directorate of Meteorology has issued a storm warning for Istanbul and its surroundings. Winds are expected to increase rapidly.
In the Western Black Sea and Marmara regions, winds are predicted to reach speeds of 50-75 km/h. The storm's effects are expected to decrease in the evening. Therefore, citizens are advised to be cautious.

A storm is also expected in the Aegean Sea. The wind will start from the north and is expected to increase its impact around noon. Precautions against transportation disruptions are recommended.

The Ankara Governorship has also issued a storm warning. Strong winds are expected from the south and southwest. Citizens are urged to be cautious.

Due to the storm, caution is also advised at sea. Fishermen and sailors are recommended to take precautions against adverse weather conditions.
