A major drug operation has been conducted in Istanbul!

Under the investigation led by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, simultaneous raids were conducted on 34 venues on December 28. A total of 17 individuals were arrested during these operations. Seized drugs included cocaine, hashish, and unlicensed firearms.

Among those arrested are famous rappers and social media influencers, highlighting the extensive nature of the fight against drugs.

Istanbul Police Chief Selami Yıldız stated that these operations are a significant step in the fight against drug trafficking. He emphasized that the fight against drug traffickers will continue resolutely.
