A major drug operation in Istanbul has drawn attention. 23 people were arrested, and several entertainment venues were raided.

Under the direction of the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the Narcotics Crime Investigation Department conducted simultaneous operations on 34 establishments on December 28. Cocaine, marijuana, and unlicensed firearms were seized during these raids.

Among those arrested were famous rappers and social media influencers. This highlights the extensive nature of the fight against drugs.

Istanbul Police Chief Selami Yıldız stated that operations will continue and the fight against drugs will be carried out with determination. Such operations are crucial for the safety of society.
