Ümit Özdağ and Müsavat Dervişoğlu made significant statements at the Nationalist Congress Association. Özdağ indicated that the votes for the DEM Party would increase.

Özdağ stated, "As elections approach, 'The power of nationalists' is a great slogan. If this process continues, DEM's votes will be higher than in June 2013," he said.

Dervişoğlu stated, "We are one since yesterday, we are together. Differences in views did not interfere," delivering a message of unity.

Özdağ referred to the alliance between Devlet Bahçeli and Abdullah Öcalan, saying, "We can also have coffee with Müsavat President in such a political environment."
