The indictment prepared by the İzmir Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has been accepted by the İzmir 23rd Heavy Criminal Court. In this case, prison sentences ranging from 3 to 45 years are sought for former İzmir Mayor Tunç Soyer and CHP İzmir Provincial Chairman Şenol Aslanoğlu, among others.
