Four university rectors have changed! Who are the new rectors?

According to the decree published in the Official Gazette signed by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Prof. Dr. Cengiz Yılmaz was appointed to Abdullah Gül University, Prof. Dr. Adem Akçakaya to Bezm-i Alem Vakıf University, Prof. Dr. Atilla Arkan to Ibn Khaldun University, and Prof. Dr. Bahadır Kürşat Güntürk to Istanbul Medipol University.
