New Developments in Transportation: Airspace Opened

Important developments are happening in transportation!

Transportation and Infrastructure Minister Abdulkadir Uraloğlu announced that airspaces have reopened following the conflicts between Israel and Iran. All airspaces except Iran are now open for flights!

Minister Uraloğlu stated, "Due to the conflicts with Iran, restrictions have been lifted. As of June 26, airspaces of Iraq, Syria, Jordan, Beirut, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and the UAE are open for flights," he said.

Evacuations of planes in the region are ongoing. Four of our planes in Iraq have returned, but seven of our planes in Iran are still unable to return.

Uraloğlu noted that all flights are planned with passenger and crew safety in mind. Airspace restrictions are expected to last until July 2.
