An important development occurred in the Sarallar case!

In the Istanbul 39th Heavy Penal Court, 20 defendants were released from the 62-defendant case. Among these defendants is the famous singer Merve Özbey's husband, Kenan Koçak.

Defense attorneys requested the acquittal and release of their clients. The court decided to release 20 defendants.

The indictment stated that the Sarallar organization operated with fear and intimidation tactics. However, the detention status of 9 defendants will continue.
