Investments in Ankara and a Revolution in Transportation

Transport and Infrastructure Minister Abdulkadir Uraloğlu announced investments in Ankara. A total of 728 billion TL has been invested over the past 23 years.
Minister Uraloğlu stated that a historic transformation has occurred in Ankara's transportation infrastructure. The length of divided roads has reached 1206 kilometers.

Continuous connections have been established between Ankara and other provinces. A highway network extending from Edirne to Şanlıurfa has been created.
New projects include the Ankara-Kırıkkale-Delice Highway and the Central Anatolia Highway. These projects will make transportation faster and more comfortable.
With high-speed train lines, Ankara has become the transportation hub of Turkey. Approximately 97.4 million passengers have been transported with high-speed train comfort.
The Ankara-Izmir High-Speed Train Project will reduce travel time from 14 hours to 3.5 hours. This project will serve 7 million people.
