A simultaneous operation in Kocaeli, Sakarya, and Konya targeted a gang involved in smuggling vehicles using chassis numbers from scrapped cars. The operation resulted in the arrest of 11 suspects.

During the operation, authorities seized 12 trailers, one tractor, a firearm, 146 cartridges, 46 vehicle registrations, 15 chassis labels, and 3 license plates. Six of the suspects were detained.

Coordinated by the Kocaeli Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the operation revealed that the gang was organized for the purpose of committing crimes and qualified fraud.

The suspects were categorized into those released under judicial control and those detained. It was announced that such operations would continue in the future.
