Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Ibrahim Yumaklı made important warnings regarding forest fires. He emphasized that citizens should refrain from lighting fires as temperatures rise.

Yumaklı stated in Kastamonu that fires threaten not only trees but all living beings in the forest. He expressed the need for caution regarding forest fires this year.

Minister Yumaklı announced that preparations against forest fires are complete and that they are ready with a team of 25,000 people. He also reminded that 84% of forest fires are caused by human activities.

Yumaklı urged citizens not to light fires in forested areas, emphasizing the need for everyone to do their part in preventing fires. He expressed hope that this year would end with a proud picture regarding forest fires.
