A forest fire broke out in Balıkesir's Dursunbey district. Teams are responding to the flames from the air and ground.

The fire started in the forest area between Adaören and Çavuşlar villages for unknown reasons. The flames spread rapidly due to the wind.

Upon notification to the 112 Emergency Call Center, numerous fire trucks from the Dursunbey Forest Management Directorate and an aircraft from the Balıkesir Forest Regional Directorate were dispatched to the scene.

Teams are making intense efforts to control the flames. Fire extinguishing operations are ongoing.
