Storm Devastation in Bodrum! Roofs Blown Away, Boats Stranded

The severe storm affecting Muğla's Bodrum and Milas districts has turned life into a nightmare over the past two days.
Cargo ships departing from Güllük, Milas, had to seek refuge in Bodrum bays due to 4-meter waves and winds blowing at 70 km/h. This situation negatively impacted maritime transport.
In Milas, some roofs were blown away, causing damage to three cars. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported.
Fishermen in Bodrum faced the risk of capsizing while trying to retrieve their nets and quickly returned to the harbor. Ferry services between Bodrum-Datça, Datça-Bodrum, and Bodrum-Kos were suspended.
Some boats anchored in the bays were swept ashore. The severe storm is expected to continue for two more days.
