Businessman İnan Kıraç's marriage has been annulled. With Minister Tunç's intervention, new developments have emerged in the case.

İnan Kıraç married Emine Alangoya in 2024. However, his daughter İpek Kıraç claimed that her father's mental capacity was impaired and filed for annulment. The court referred Kıraç for a mental health evaluation.

The report from the Forensic Medicine Institute indicated that İnan Kıraç lacked legal capacity. Consequently, the court annulled his marriage and appointed a guardian for him.

Following Minister Tunç's directive, the HSK initiated an investigation into the case. Allegations include high attorney fees and pressures regarding guardianship appointments, sparking a new debate in the legal process.
