Israel has opened a tender to purchase 5,000 FPV kamikaze drones. This move is seen as a significant step under international arms embargoes.

The Israeli Ministry of Defense aims to strengthen the military's capabilities with this tender. The winning company is required to establish a local production line.

Kamikaze drones have a flight range of 10 kilometers and can carry 2.5 kilograms of explosives. These drones have been used in previous attacks in Gaza, Lebanon, and the West Bank.
