Devlet Bahçeli is addressing an important regulation for construction masters.

The Ministry of Environment, Urban Planning and Climate Change announced that construction masters will be registered through e-Government. This application aims to eliminate the shortage of certified personnel in the sector.

The new regulation will come into effect on December 31, 2025, and aims to enhance the professional qualifications of construction masters through a site-based tracking system.

The application will work in integration with building permit systems and will be implemented gradually, starting with jobs over 4,500 square meters.

With this new system, the start and end of work information for construction masters will be tracked by site supervisors. This will encourage quality and safe construction practices.
