An investigation into misconduct allegations at Kemalpaşa Municipality is ongoing.

The Chief Public Prosecutor's Office in Kemalpaşa, İzmir, initiated an investigation following reports of misconduct related to public expenditures for a concert by Gülşen that was canceled last year on Republic Day. Five individuals have been arrested in connection with this case.
