Etna Volcano Erupts Again! Red Code Alert Issued

Europe's most active volcano, Etna, has become active again on Saturday. Following the eruption, scientists issued a red code alert for aviation.
Catania-Fontanarossa Airport's flight operations continue normally. If ash fall does not increase, no disruptions in flights are expected.

The eruption of Etna has been assessed as a red code by the Toulouse Volcanic Ash Advisory Center. The ash cloud is reported to be drifting southwest.
Etna, which erupted in previous months, has again erupted this morning, spewing ash and smoke into the sky. Citizens are advised to be cautious.
