A storm is affecting Istanbul!

Recently, strong winds have been affecting Istanbul. At around 10:00 AM, three Turkish Airlines planes were redirected to Çorlu Airport as they could not land at Istanbul Airport. Some planes had to circle in the air. Authorities stated that the winds would continue throughout the day.

At Sabiha Gökçen Airport, sunny weather prevailed with no disruptions in flights. However, adverse weather conditions in the northern parts of Istanbul affected air traffic.

The General Directorate of Meteorology issued warnings about the storm and strong winds in Istanbul. It is crucial for citizens to be cautious and take necessary precautions.
