Temperatures are dropping and rain is coming next week!

According to the General Directorate of Meteorology, temperatures in northern regions are expected to be 2 to 4 degrees below normal. Local showers are anticipated especially along the Eastern Black Sea coast and in the eastern part of Kırklareli.

Cengiz Çelik stated that the rainy system will take effect with the new week. Rainy weather is expected to dominate on Monday and Tuesday.

Winds along the Marmara and Aegean coasts will be strong at times. Citizens are urged to be careful and take precautions.

It was noted that the weekend will be rain-free in the three major cities, but rain is expected in the new week. Temperatures are forecasted to be between 24-25 degrees in Ankara, 22-23 degrees in Istanbul, and 28-30 degrees in Izmir.
