Temperatures are rising! Heavy rains are increasing in the Eastern Black Sea region.

The General Directorate of Meteorology announced that heavy rains are expected in Giresun and Trabzon. The rains are predicted to be very strong in the eastern parts of Giresun and the western and eastern districts of Trabzon.

Temperatures are expected to rise by 4 to 10 degrees. This increase will start from the western regions and spread across the country.

Today's weather forecast is as follows: Istanbul 28°C, Ankara 26°C, Izmir 34°C, Adana 36°C. The weather will generally be partly cloudy.

Meteorology issued a yellow code warning for Artvin, Giresun, Rize, and Trabzon. Citizens are advised to be cautious against potential floods, lightning, and other adverse conditions.

Weather forecasts indicate that temperatures will continue to remain above seasonal norms. Especially in the Aegean and Mediterranean coasts, temperatures are expected to rise by 3 to 5 degrees.
