A major operation took place! 70 individuals were arrested in the operation against the 'Casperlar' crime syndicate.

Under the investigation led by the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, simultaneous operations were conducted at 231 addresses in Istanbul. This operation targeted the armed crime syndicate known as 'Casperlar', led by İsmail Atız, also known as Hamuş.

As a result of the operation, 70 suspects were captured and detained. Searches yielded unlicensed firearms, narcotic pills, and marijuana. Previously, 150 members of this syndicate had also been arrested.

The leader of the syndicate, İsmail Atız, was captured in Germany, and the extradition process is ongoing. This operation is seen as a significant step in the fight against organized crime.

It was determined that a total of 116 actions were carried out due to the hostility between Casperlar and Daltonlar. These actions include crimes such as murder, qualified robbery, and drug trafficking.
