Isias Hotel Case Taken to the Supreme Court! Justice Fight Continues

New developments are emerging in the Isias Hotel case. Families are seeking justice from the Supreme Court after 72 lives were lost in this tragedy.
Following the collapse of the Grand Isias Hotel in Adıyaman, many lives were lost. Families found the lower court's decision insufficient and appealed to the Supreme Court. Ruşen Yücesoylu Karakaya, President of the Champion Angels Association, stated, "Justice has not been served."
Karakaya emphasized that the culprits should face charges of potential intent, stating that the collapse was not just a simple building failure. Families are demanding that true justice be served.
Karakaya mentioned that they have taken the appellate court's decision to the Supreme Court, saying, "We continue our struggle every day with the pain we endure."
Karakaya stated, "If Turkey cannot provide us with the justice these criminals deserve, we will take our case outside the borders of Turkey."
