A fire broke out in Ortaköy early in the morning, causing panic in the neighborhood. Firefighters struggled to reach the fire due to narrow streets.

The fire started around 03:00 in a three-story wooden building. Many firefighters, police, and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. The fire was brought under control after approximately two hours of effort.

Metin Keçeci, who noticed the fire from his balcony, immediately reported it to the police. The cause of the fire is still unknown, but residents believe a derelict house may have caused it.

After the fire, there was great fear in the neighborhood. Thanks to the quick intervention of the firefighters, a larger disaster was averted. An investigation into the fire has been launched.
