Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan to Visit France

Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan will make an official visit to Paris, France tomorrow. This visit is of great importance for strengthening Turkey-France relations.
Fidan will meet with his French counterpart Barrot to discuss Turkey-EU relations, European security, and current regional developments.
During the talks, the need for a firm stance against racist movements targeting Turkish citizens in France will be emphasized.
Minister Fidan will also express Turkey's critical role in European security and its willingness to contribute to peace processes.
The trade volume between Turkey and France is expected to reach approximately 21 billion dollars in 2023. This visit will further strengthen cooperation between the two countries.
